Message

Core status reports “Compromised - System performance utilization has hit a critical value”

Definition | Causes

Core's are actively monitoring critical resources (memory, hard drive space, files handles, CPU load) that allow the core to function correctly. This message means that one of those resources has reached a critical upper threshold. This is a warning to notify the user that the core may soon not perform correctly without interaction from the user.

Solution | Workaround

A reboot or power cycle of the core will typically always wipe/reset these resources. Contact Q-SYS Support and send in the Core's System information (see How To | Locating and downloading Q-SYS Log Files) so Q-SYS support staff can help identify root cause of excess resource utilization.
