When activating a license to a core, the licensing page shows “invalid start date.”
Definition | Causes
This error is often caused by the core having an invalid date and/or time selected.
Solution | Workaround
- Open core manager by entering the core IP address into a web browser, or click tools>show configurator>core name in Q-SYS Designer.
- On the blue left-hand panel select Network
- Select the Date & Time option.
- Click the blue “edit” button in the upper-right hand corner of the window.
- Adjust the date and time to match the PC that is currently connected to the core.
- Save changes.
