Q-SYS Core Manager contains a set of tools for managing Q-SYS Core processors. Beginning with Q-SYS version 8.0, it replaces many of the configuration and management functions formerly found in Q-SYS Administrator and Q-SYS Configurator.
- In Q-SYS Designer Software, delete all the softphones in the Q-SYS design (you must delete them completely from the inventory).
- Place and configure the softphones anew in the Q-SYS design. This should clear the error and re-allow access to the Softphones tab.
