Summary

• Asset Description - This Q-SYS plugin enables connection to Appspace scheduling resources to allow a user to see a schedule, but also create ad-hoc meetings from a Q-SYS User Control Interface (UCI). An accompanying sample design and UCI is included with the plugin. In additional to the UCI capabilities, connecting this plugin to other plugins or components within a design can create any number of automated scenarios, such as turning on the display and lighting in a room before a meeting starts, combining sensor data with calendar data to determine when a room is in use, etc. Adding Appspace to the Q-SYS Ecosystem of integrations will enable a smarter AV experience for users.
• Product Description - With Appspace, Space Reservation integrates with the tools employees already use. That means you can confirm room scheduling, desk bookings, and resource reservations via Teams, Slack, Webex, and Workplace from Meta.
