How To | Get Q-SYS to accept client matter codes for international dialing
Learn how to set up and take advantage of client matter codes to make international calls with Q-SYS.
Procedure
Q-SYS can accept client matter codes for international dialing; however, because Q-SYS is a third-party session initiation protocol (SIP) device, most phone systems have limited feature support for it.
Some phone systems will require that client matter codes (CMC) are disabled before they will allow international dialing. Cisco Unified IP phones that run SCCP and SIP, on the other hand, reportedly support CMC and forced authorization codes (FAC).
