Procedure
When trying to control the Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 mic with Q-SYS from either Command Buttons or Block Controller, make sure to change the control type from TCP to UDP.
Note
Sennheiser documentation states: "UDP/IP is the standard transport for all devices with an Ethernet interface or another interface typically used for internet connectivity. All those devices MUST implement the UDP/IP transport for SSC". Additionally, Sennheiser uses UDP port 45 for control.
The transport type for connections in Block Controller and Command Buttons must be changed to UDP.
