Procedure
Use the following procedures to confirm whether or not your Core 110f is compatible with Q-SYS Designer v10. With functionality of Core 110f's w/ 2GB RAM being no longer supported.
Using Serial Number
Core 110f w/ 2GB RAM were shipped approximately up until April 2017. The serial number decoder info in FAQ | How do I determine warranty eligibility? can be used to determine if your Core is in that range.
Using Network Utilities Debug UI
- Using a web browser access <Core IP>/support/network_debug
- Select Memstat on the dropdown list
- Press go
- If the resulting total kB is at least around 3000000 kB then your core is compatible
