How To | Access Sample Designs in Q-SYS

Procedure

Starting with Q-SYS Designer Software (QDS) v9.2, all sample Q-SYS designs are found in Asset Manager from Tools > Show Asset Manager. 

  1. In Asset Manager, scroll down the list of Assets until you get to the 'Sample Design Conference System' .qsys files. 
  2. Click on the sample you want. 
  3. Click 'Install' on the right-hand side.
  4. Once you have installed the sample design, go to File > Open Sample Designs to open it.

Note

If you have had previous versions of Q-SYS Designer Software installed on your system, you may need to navigate to the older version folder to find the sample designs. The folder path to find sample designs is:

C: > Users > Public > Public Documents > QSC > Q-SYS Designer x.x
