Help documentation can either be opened under Installed Assets after an asset has been installed or it can be downloaded as part of the package .zip file under My Library. Click the three dots to download the version you would like and then unzip the folder to reveal the package contents, including the help documentation. If you have a plugin in your design, you can also press F1 to open the help documentation for that plugin.
