Problem | Symptoms

Users with custom roles cannot load a design from the Q-SYS Core processor, regardless of the role permissions.


Causes | Verification

This is a current limitation within Core Manager and Q-SYS Reflect. Only users with an Administrator or Technician role can load design in Q-SYS Designer for a Core in protected mode. Users with custom roles are unable to do it regardless of the role permissions. 


Solution | Workaround

Users with custom roles will need to use admin credentials to load designs.
