Procedure

Use the following steps for removing assets from My Library:

  1. Go to Q-SYS Library and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Click on My Library and then go to the asset that you wish to downgrade and click on the three dots for that asset.
  3. Click on Remove.
    1. You will be prompted to confirm.
    2. Once you confirm, the asset will be removed from My Library and you will no longer see it in Available Assets for any reason. 

This does not remove the asset from your local PC. To remove the asset from your local PC:

  1. Go to Q-SYS Designer > Tools > Show Asset Installer
  2. Click on the Installed Assets page. 
  3. Search for the asset you wish to uninstall.
  4. Click Uninstall.
    1. It will then be removed from your local PC and no longer be shown in your Schematic Elements pane, if applicable.
