Native
VisionSuite Native incompatible with core redundancy
Issue: When switching to the backup core in a redundant setup, VisionSuite Native rules fail to function, despite working correctly on the primary core.
Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.
VSA-100 status occasionally reports unrealistically low processor temps
Issue: The VSA-100 status component sometimes displays processor temperatures below 30°C, which are not valid. Normal operating range is 75–85°C.

Trigger zone rule can’t re-execute until tracking stops
Issue: Once a trigger zone rule for presenter tracking has been executed, it can't be re-executed until tracking stops.

Blank IP blocks initialization of valid devices below it in list
Issue: When IP address is blank, it blocks initialization of devices further down in the list even if they have valid IP addresses.

Issue: When copying an existing VisionSuite component into a new design file, the config is always blank.

Pan/Tilt reversed in ceiling mounted cameras
Issue: Ceiling mounted cameras Pan Tilt is reversed in VisionSuite component.

TCC2 speaker height not configurable in VisionSuite Designer
Issue: VisionSuite Designer assumes a fixed speaker height of 1.5m, which causes incorrect camera framing (e.g., framing air or body shots) when the actual speaker height differs.
Workaround: This can be fixed by going into the old webUI and modifying your TCC2 connection to modify the min/max values to be correct for your actual speaker height.
Version Fixed: This issue will not be fixed as the workaround is sufficient.
VisionSuite UI shows only one active tracking camera
Issue: VisionSuite Designer UI status only shows one camera is tracking if multiple tracking cameras are actively tracking.

VisionSuite Designer doesn't retain unit setting
Issue: VisionSuite Designer unit of measurement is not persistent.

Issue: VisionSuite Designer allows users to configure more overview/tracking cameras than is possible (limit is 2).

Issue: VisionSuite Designer person dot UI element disappears after several hours of use.

VSD UI connects to backend during emulation
Issue: When emulating a design with a VisionSuite component and server, the VSD UI sends backend requests and updates talker points, despite being in emulation or design mode.

Floorplan imports with wrong aspect ratio and no fixed scaling option
Issue: Floorplan not imported with the correct aspect ratio and no "fixed aspect ratio" scaling available.

Legacy
Seervision OS Server UI doesn't allow empty gateway address
Issue: Seervision OS operations server UI won't allow user to specify no gateway address.
Workaround: To make sure the server cannot see the “next hop”, you can trick Netplan (underlying software managing our networking on Ubuntu) into effectively having no working gateway by pointing it to an address that is unreachable.
Version Fixed: This issue will not be fixed as the workaround is sufficient.
Camera drifts or fails to track target after entering trigger zone
Issue: When a subject enters a trigger zone, the camera occasionally fails to lock onto the target and instead pans and tilts erratically. This behavior is intermittent but more common in the morning.
Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.
Seervision OS Server UI doesn't allow empty gateway address
Issue: Seervision Plugin won't initialize and all controls are disabled.
Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.
Tracking camera loses subject when triggered by conductor camera that is quite zoomed out
Issue: When the subject walks into the trigger zone on the Conductor camera. The Tracking Camera starts to move to the subject. Unfortunately, the subject is lost and the tracking camera falls back to the fall back shot.
