Updated at June 25th, 2026

Icons are not visible on the Room Controls page in MTR Conferencing Compatibility Mode

Issue: In Room Manager software, when operating in MTR Conferencing Compatibility Mode, icons on the Room Controls page are not visible. The icons render as white on a white background, making them impossible to see.

Workaround: No known workaround at this time.

Earliest Reported Version: RMS 1.0.2 and 1.0.4

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

RMP-100 may become unresponsive when exposed to multicast traffic on the network

Issue: The RMP-100 Room Processor may enter a hung state when multicast traffic (such as Mediacast streams from NV-32 encoders/decoders) is present on the same network. When connected to a network with multicast traffic, the RMP-100 may experience issues including frozen audio or video and/or connection issues with Room Manager software, Reflect, and paired Q-SYS peripherals.

Workaround: This issue is under investigation. Placing the RMP-100 on a dedicated VLAN and keeping media streams on their own separate VLAN(s) may help reduce instances of this issue. See this article for further suggestions: Tip | Best Practices for RoomSuite Modular System Network Settings

Earliest Reported Version: RMS 1.0.4

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

Content share may experience slowdowns when sharing 4K content during calls on RMP-100

Issue: On the RMP-100 Room Processor, sharing 4K content during active calls may result in noticeable delays or sluggish performance when the shared content appears on the far end or in-room display.

Workaround: If experiencing slowdowns during content share, try sending content at 1080p resolution instead of 4K. Reducing the content share resolution may restore smooth operation. See this article for further suggestions: Tip | Best Practices for RoomSuite Modular System Network Settings

Earliest Reported Version: RMS 1.0.4

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

Peripheral devices with older firmware fail to pair with RMS in secure mode

Issue: Q-SYS peripherals running firmware released before secure mode was implemented (e.g., 9.10) cannot pair with an RMS system that has secure mode enabled. The device returns an authentication error and appears as faulted in the device tab.

Workaround: Disable secure mode on the RMS system, pair the device and allow its firmware to update, then re-enable secure mode.

Earliest Reported Version: RMS 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

Secure Mode in RMS hides MAC and IP address in device details card

Issue: When Secure Mode is enabled in RMS, the device details card on the Devices tab does not display the MAC address or IP address for peripherals. Clicking on a previously attached device shows a communication error fault (expected in Secure Mode), but the details card is missing key network information needed for configuration.

Workaround: Workflow for enabling secure mode and keeping details card info:

  1. Open the RoomSuite manager software and navigate to Devices page.
  2. Get IPs for all peripherals from their cards.
  3. Navigate to QPM on each Peripheral using IP and Set Peripheral Password.
  4. Set password on RMP-100.
  5. Enable Secure Mode on RMP-100.

Earliest Reported Version: RMS 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

Audio-Technica ATND1061 Control IP does not persist after reboot

Issue: After an RMP-100 reboot or power cycle, the Audio-Technica ATND1061 ceiling microphone's Control IP connection does not persist. The Control IP address field appears blank and unconfigured on both the Web UI and the plugin, requiring the administrator to manually re-enter the IP address to restore the control connection. This affects LED call sync functionality but does not impact the Dante audio connection.

Workaround: After each RMP-100 reboot or power cycle, manually re-enter the Audio-Technica ATND1061 Control IP address on the Audio Settings page (Dante Channel configuration) to re-establish the control connection.

Earliest Reported Version: RMS 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

UCI Display On/Off buttons for Ethernet & Serial connected displays do not work

Issue: In RoomSuite Manager Systems using UCIs, the Display Power On/Off buttons only function correctly with CEC‑connected displays. For displays connected via Ethernet or Serial, the UCI Display Power On/Off controls are non-functional even when those displays are properly configured in an RMS system. Toggling the UCI Display Power On/Off buttons has no effect on Ethernet or Serial displays, with no error or indication shown to the user.

Workaround: No known workaround at this time.

Earliest Reported Version: 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

RMP-100 HDMI Input 1 not supporting audio

Issue: The RoomSuite Modular system software incorrectly indicates that RMP-100 HDMI Input 1 supports audio, however audio is not currently supported on this input.  Audio is supported on the QIO-VEN4 HDMI Input.

Workaround: No known workaround.

Earliest Reported Version: 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue will be fixed in a future release.

Unable to switch from Auto-Framing to other AI camera modes when Outline Faces is enabled

Issue: With NC-90-G2, on enabling Outline faces toggle, user is unable to switch from Auto-Framing to Active speaker framing or other AI camera modes. This issue is present in Q-SYS Designer and manifests in RoomSuite Modular System as a result.

Workaround: Outline Faces must be manually de-selected first before switching to another AI mode.

Earliest Reported Version: 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

Excessively loud audio levels when Room System Optimization is run with out mic connected

Issue: If you run Room System Optimization without a mic connected on the NM-T1-1 slot, the audio optimization breaks. Measurements come back with nonsense values and the voice gets really loud. Room Noise is reported very low - 10db. Room Reverb is reported as 10s. Pink Noise is very quiet. “Optimizing” voiceover get VERY loud.

Workaround: To avoid, users should always ensure all paired microphones are connected before performing Room System Optimization.

Earliest Reported Version: 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

Room System Optimization status and reported results are lost after reboot

Issue: If the system is rebooted after the Room System Optimization (RSO) component is run, the results shown in the UI are misleading and show that the RSO status and reported results are lost and it appears the RSO was not run, even though the RSO values do persist.

Workaround: No known workaround.

Earliest Reported Version: 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

Audio from Nvidia GPU Laptops not working through HDMI-In

Issue: When an Nvidia GPU Windows laptop is presenting with RoomSuite Modular System using a QIO-VEN4 HDMI In connection, the audio is not playing out through loudspeakers as should be expected.

Workaround: No known workaround.

Earliest Reported Version: 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.

Differing content on RMP100 HDMI-OUT Outputs

Issue: RMP100 HDMI-OUT 1 and HDMI-OUT 2 displays may show slightly different images when presenting from external source (ie laptop) via QIOVEN4

Workaround: None.

Earliest Reported Version: 1.0.2

Version Fixed: This issue is under investigation.
