Answer

Q-SYS has full support for Samsung commercial displays using the MDC protocol over Serial or IP Based communication within Asset Manager inside Q-SYS Designer.

• Open Q-SYS designer and open Asset Manager by either clicking the puzzle piece icon at the top of the window or select it from the under Tools > Show Asset Manager…
• In the search field, type "Samsung" and select the search result.
• Click Install at the top of the details pane.

Once installed, the plugin will be available in the plugins list within the Schematic Elements section of Designer.
