Procedure
Because of their architecture, the Server Core X10 and VSA-100 AI Accelerator have a different means to reset and restore than other Q-SYS devices, which requires assistance from a support technician. As a reset should only be performed on these models as a last resort, it is recommended to contact Q-SYS Support for assistance with troubleshooting one of these devices.
