Back in December of 2022 we deprecated the Zoom Rooms plugin (see the post here), meaning the plugin was still available if the “Show Deprecated Plugins” option was enabled in Asset Manager. As of today, May 9th, 2024, we have officially unlisted the plugin from Asset Manager. This means that the plugin is no longer available to install, even when “Show Deprecated Plugins” is enabled in Asset Manager.

We have made this decision due to changes that have been made to the ZR-CSAPI which break functionality in the plugin. 

We recommend using the Zoom Rooms Native Room Controls via JSON or the new Q-SYS Control Zoom Rooms App, which enables custom Q-SYS UCIs on Zoom Rooms panels.
