Many Collab Room systems provide a way to join a meeting on other select platforms from their room system in an interoperability mode. This mode is generally supported via a WebRTC client of the non-native platform and may not have the full features of the native application.

For example, WebRTC, which is commonly used, does not support the full USB HID functionality so functions like ringing, answer call, end call/meeting, and mute may not work on a connected hardware device in an interoperability mode.

Please contact your room system application vendor for details on what features are supported on their platform in such interoperability modes.
