Learn how to troubleshoot and fix a UCI that will not deploy to an iPad.
Procedure
If the UCI will not deploy to an iPad, even if it has a static IP, try the following:
- Delete the Q-SYS app.
- Reboot the iPad.
- Re-install the app.
- Click on Apple iOS Settings (the cog icon).
- Scroll down to the Q-SYS icon.
- Tap it.
- Scroll down to the Hard Links section.
- Add the Core IP address to the Hard Link field.
