How To | Creating a Q-SYS Support Case

Learn how to easily create a Q-SYS support case for efficient troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Procedure


Use the following steps for creating a Q-SYS Support Case:

  1. Click Here to open a browser window to the Q-SYS Support Portal.
  2. Sign in using your QSYS account info

  1. Click the "Create a Case" button

  1. Fill in the details about the issue. 
    1. Fields marked with a red star are required. 
    2. For “Type”, select “Post-Sales Technical Support”. 

  1. Click the Submit button to pass the case to the Q-SYS support team.
