Learn how to easily create a Q-SYS support case for efficient troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Procedure
Use the following steps for creating a Q-SYS Support Case:
- Click Here to open a browser window to the Q-SYS Support Portal.
- Sign in using your QSYS account info

- Click the "Create a Case" button

- Fill in the details about the issue.
- Fields marked with a red star are required.
- For “Type”, select “Post-Sales Technical Support”.

- Click the Submit button to pass the case to the Q-SYS support team.
