Learn about the NV-32-H DDR4 board revision and how it affects firmware compatibility.
Information
Newer NV-32-H units use an updated DDR4 memory board revision. These units require a minimum of Q-SYS Designer Software version 9.12 (mainline) or 9.13.1 (LTS). Running an affected unit on a version below the minimum will not damage the unit, but video encode/decode will not function reliably.
How to Identify Affected Units
Check the serial number on the product label. Units with serial number [14TW2506XXXXXX] or later have the DDR4 board revision.
