Note

These steps are only required for Q-SYS versions 9.9 or ealier. From version 9.10, the MTR app installer implements the delayed startup by default.

  1. Access the Windows Admin account
  2. Open the "Task Scheduler" and locate the “UCI Viewer Start with Skype Login”

  1. Select the task and select "Properties" on the right
  2. Select the "Triggers" tab
  3. Click “Edit”
  4. In the “Advanced settings”, enable the “Delay task” and set the timeout to "30 seconds"

  1. Click "OK" to save the trigger changes.
  2. Click “OK” to close the properties window.
  3. Close the “Task Scheduler” application
  4. Log off from the Windows admin account and return to the Skype account
  5. Use the restart option to restart the MTR.
