Problem

After firmware update, the Attero Tech C1 controller does not respond.

Causes

The Attero Tech C1 firmware history has involved significant feature updates and changes. This has caused some incompatibility with previous saved menus/presets.

Solution | Workaround

• Before updating, make note of the menu structure/settings.
• If a unit fails to connect to its previous menu after updating, it will be necessary to perform a factory reset and rebuild the menu. The unit will then operate normally again.
