Tip | Handling general camera focus issues
Learn how to troubleshoot and resolve general camera focus issues.
Advice
While continual blurriness on a Q-SYS camera could indicate a hardware issue, temporary blurriness is usually related to:
- The lighting level in the room
- The camera is unable to properly auto focus on startup (such as exiting Privacy Mode).
In such instances:
- Try re-triggering Auto Focus (AF) mode
- Try moving the focus/position to a high contrast target area after exiting Privacy Mode.
