Answer
Use the on-device RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager to configure default A/V settings. This interface can be accessed from a local LAN connection. For remote management, use Q-SYS Reflect for device monitoring and AV management. The Collaboration Bar is also fully supported in Space Manager and System Reliability features within Q-SYS Reflect.
For management of Microsoft Teams Rooms settings, the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar is also fully supported in Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal.
