Answer

If you have a control, on a UCI for example, and you would like to easily find what schematic element that control came from, just click on the control and do a ctrl+f. A popup will occur which should say "Jump to source of control". Click on that and it will bring you to the schematic element which the control came from. 

Likewise, if you do a ctrl+f on the control in the schematic element, a popup will occur which should say "Jump to copy of control" which will bring you to any copies of that control that are in the design.
