"Compromised - Packet Missing" in the AES67 Receiver.

Definition

Error can appear if you are receiving AES67 over LAN B but you do not have QLAN audio running over LAN A.

Solution | Workaround

  1. In your Q-SYS Design file, go to File.
  2. Select Design Properties.
  3. Set ‘PTP Force On’ to ‘LAN B’ (or ‘Both’):

Note

If there was QLAN audio present in the system (for example, Core-to-Core streams or wired audio peripherals), PTO would automatically be enabled; however, this use case requires PTP to be forced on.

Refer to the Design Properties topic in Q-SYS Help to learn more about the 'PTP Force On' property.

Should you cotinue to experience troubles, Create a Case or contact Q-SYS Support.
